Drivalia UK - WINSFORD Recensioni 

I recently hired a van from Winsford and put down a £1500 deposit, I dropped the van off on the 14th December and I am still waiting, not impressed and I will think twice on using them again. I am still waiting and it's the 9th January

Hired a small electric car from Winsford Branch, the car was clean, ready and exactly what I needed, pick up and drop off was quick and easy, cost was tremendous value for money - I’d use again and highly recommend

Very happy with the service I received polite and very informative. Car was immaculate inside and out, would defiantly recommend.

Overall we were happy with the service we received and the car was clean and in good order. The only issue really was that there was no vehicle available on the day we required one and we had to wait 2 days before one became available. There was also no choice of car if we wanted the earliest one available. On the plus side, we were pleased to find a company local to Winsford that could assist us without travelling out of town.

Another scammy rental company that attempts to force customers to buy unnecessary additional add-ons like insurance or they make the customer's life difficult.

I have annual CDW and excess protection insurance with a third party company, they wanted me to take out insurance with them or I would have to pay a huge lump sum on a credit card.

When my wife presented her credit card to take the deposit they insisted it be in my name.

They then suggested that we pay an additional charge of £10 per day to add my wife as an additional driver so that they can take her card.

All in all, a wasted effort driving to this location to be met with this 00s style scammy rental company culture. It's obvious they don't want honest paying customers, just those easily misled into paying more than was agreed.

Just returned our car after a week’s hire and have to say the whole experience was A1. The car was priced fairly and with the full cover option nothing to worry about!
Trying to fight through the maze of companies and costs when you need to hire a car is a nightmare. So many offer a basic cost but then the add ons can double the price. For example, breakdown recovery being an additional cost, extra driver etc etc.
James needs a medal for replying calmly and repeatedly to my myriad of questions. He explained everything clearly and concisely.
The staff at Winsford were friendly and helpful and even gave us a lift to the station.
Will most definitely use them again…….

Would not recommend using this company as they illegally take money from my account three weeks after termination with out contact or consent

Car was pristine, a lovely drive, great service even taking me home as I forgot my identification, pricing was so good, quick and efficient on my renewal, really friendly and welcoming and would recommend them all day long 😊😊

This was refreshing as I had an awful experience with Enterprise Car Hire in Northwich..dealing with unfriendly staff and one of which took over £2,000 more than they should have, didn’t respond to emails and then left the company. Other staff were incompetent and didn’t listen and sat at their desks like they were judges in a court looking down on you, I was given dirty cars (the first smelt of dog for months with green mould on the windows, dents in the bottom of one of the doors and had to clean it myself before using and the other was even worse with more green mould up the windows, back seats looked liked someone had walked over them with muddy feet and again had to clean myself before using, the cost of hiring was double that of Drivalia and then to top it all they arrived at my house unannounced to collect the car as it had to be renewed every 4 weeks but they had only changed my car 2 weeks before and made my Autistic Daughter break down as she had an appointment I had to get her to. The deputy manager was rude on the phone and after speaking with the Area Manager she gave me until the following morning to get another car. They used excuses as they weren’t happy that they had to reduce the cost of my car hire due to taking £2,000 more than they should and still owe me money.

I regularly hire a car from Drivalia Winsford and the team are always extremely helpful and efficient, the cars are always nice and clean and they have a great selection of cars there too. My first go-to for car rentals :)

Avoid! Hired car from the Winsford branch for 3 weeks whilst own car out of action. Returned it on the Friday morning, it was checked by a member of staff in and out. Both signed to say car was fine. Monday evening received an email saying there was a smell in the car and they were taking a fumigation charge. £80 was then taken from my bank! Asked for the paper work that was signed to say car was gone on return and also asked for a receipt for whatever they claim they had done to the car that cost £80. Was totally ignored! Rang asked if a manager could ring me back to discuss the situation, again ignored…… Horrendous customer service after spending a small fortune hiring a car for weeks!

Great service all round and happy with how quick and easy it was the guys were very helpful.
