Wonderful service…
I hired my vehicle for a month from Drivilia at Fulham Broadway and from the moment I picked it up until I dropped it off the experience was amazing. I had a Renault Clio hybrid vehicle- almost brand new. I did have a few glitches with the computer - rear view camera not turning off when in drive & wing mirrors nor opening out after I stopped one time - but these were minor issues and easily sorted out. Many many thanks to the wonderful staff (particularly George & Nathan), who made my dealings with Drivilia so enjoyable. Nathan even drove me and my luggage home after I dropped the car off. I couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely use them again. Thank you so much guys. Happy New Year!

Me gustaría que sepan los usuarios de Alquiler de coches
Me gustaría que sepan los usuarios de alquiler de coches que Drivalia me ha cobrado 155 libras por que consideran que tienen que limpiar el interior de un coche que he alquilado recientemente. Sinceramente, me parece un robo. Además, como cogen tu tarjeta en depósito, luego te hacen el cargo y ve luego a reclamar.

AVOID!!
Customer service is terrible. We arrived at the pick up location and the vehicle we requested was not there. Meaning we couldn’t use the vehicle as intended. There was no communication about the change in vehicle prior us to collecting it
