The wonderful kindness of your manager at Wimbledon who found me a single bed to be delivered at short notice for my husband who was to leave hospital but was too weak to climb our stairs. We only had large double beds in the house.

From start to finish the whole bed buying experience has been a breeze. I have bought from Dreams before so I had every confidence in them to deliver and put together my bed. The delivery team were friendly and polite even putting on plastic covers over their shoes. The bed itself is lovely and comfortable with so much storage in the divan. Would highly recommend.

Dreams were uncomplicated and straightforward in dealing with my elderly mother. They came when they said they would and set up the bed smoothly and professionally.

People who work at Dreams Wimbledon are super helpful, I checked out the products online, then went to see products in store, they helped me with everything I needed to know, from order to delivery it went very smoothly, highly recommended.

Bought a mattress for GBP 1400 and in less than 3 months it already had a big dip. At the time of the purchase I was told it would not happen and that the mattress would maintain its structure for a long time. I even paid an 80 pounds additional insurance, which was useless.
They came to my house to test it and said that the dip was not big enough for an exchange. Their standards were ridiculous.
Within a year, I had to buy another mattress as the one I bought at Dreams was causing me back problems.

We got exactly what we needed in out budget. We had a knowledgeable sales person who provided great options in our budget.

All good, everything was clear up front, and delivery it on time 👏

No complaints on the mattress front. However, the delivery didn't go far enough. The delivery guys took it upstairs, but then left it in the hall so my 76 yo dad had to pull and drag the mattress onto the bedframe.

Very helpful staff. He patiently answered all our questions regarding the types of mattresses and guided us through the different options.

Assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, we didn’t feel under pressure to rush or to buy.

Those guys, from the shop to the delivery and assembly of their product are simply great! They know what they are talking about, you pay what you are getting that is a very high quality bed, mattress, pillow etc... Very very happy to have gone to Dreams and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Helpful and attentive staff. Excellent range of high quality mattress options to try out. Visiting a Dreams shop and trying out their beds is so relaxing I was ready to fall asleep right there and then!
