I found from ordering to delivery the team were exceptional. The delivery guys were very helpful and respectful of our home. Friendly but professional.

The best of the best matter

In the centre of the bed gone down and stayed like that in just 3 days and it makes it very uncomfortable and since then it has become very hard instead of soft

I like my new mattress as it is comfortable, and it gives me a good night's sleep.

Great discount but icing on the cake was the excellent customer service, clear communication and information.

It’s a pretty straightforward bed shop, however, I would caution any prospect thinking of buying a bed from Dreams, keep in mind the beds come with an only 1 year of warranty.

My bed developed a structural fault after only 4 years and when I returned to them, they said they have a duty of care for up to 6 years, however, I do have to go through a 3rd party inspection to prove this is a manufacturing fault at my own cost of £70 for a part that costs £70 anyway.

I totally understand why they try to upsell you their bed cover really hard and only offer 1 year warranty because the beds do have a mediocre quality.

This is when the competition offers much more generous 10-15 year warranty on structural faults for their beds.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company as they don’t give you a good long term customer support.

At present I am still enjoying my new bed.

We are so happy with our bed and the service we received from dreams! Thanks to Dinesh's assistance we left the store feeling confident in our purchase, knowing we had found the ideal bed for us.

Dinesh was helpful, attentive and did not try to flog us just anything. He took the time to ask us what we needed/wanted and based on that, carefully presented us with our options - highlighting which of those options possessed the best value. A wonderful asset to Dreams.

overall expectations was met. i went into the store to try a mattress before i purchased one. the sales assistant was very helpful and patient. he helped me find one and was understanding when i said i couldn't buy straight away.

( took 21mins 25 secs to process my order. i know this because it was done on the phone. i remember it felt unnecessarily long so i checked for the review)

cut a long story short i ended up returning to the store same day to purchase on my return trip that is when i felt he was only being "helpful" & "nice" just so i give him a 5* review (he even said give him 5*)

I don't like feeling pressured into anything. and that right there it was dampened what started off as i guess perfect shopping experience. your sales assistant sadly failed at the last hurdle!

word of advice it is better to instruct your sales assistants to do the reviews honestly so you can learn and grow from your mistakes rather than looking "good" for whoever as a company are trying to empress.

because of this on this occasion it is that that stopped you from getting a highly satisfied

Edit/add on: when i went to the store Akhil the person who served me took me to the back to look at the matress i ended up buying.

While there i specifically remember asking him " is this matress 2nd hand " & he said " no"

Why i bring this up now is because while unpacking my matress i came across a piece of paper ( ill attach a pic for proof if i can)

A mattress resale check list is what this piece of paper was!
