Excellent experience and very happy with my mattress

The salesman was really good and explained everything very well

The mattress was not the same as bought in store in which I have woken up with a sore achy back every morning since I have had it.

We purchased the protection in store where the salesman said we could exchange or get repairs free of charge anytime within 8 years. However, we are now being asked to pay for an exchange. After spending over £2500 including the extras to have the protection I would expect that what was said would be honoured.

Since the review, I have had strong support which has increased my experience,.

the bed although tested in store seemed even harder at home.
The mattress is not steady and shifts to one side and the duvet also moves in night probably need king size
Not the sound sleep I was expecting

I bought a hybrid mattress from dreams best purchased I have made in a long time excellent quality and great customer service both in store sales advisor and delivery guys where a great support and very friendly and professional did there best to support in the purchase and process of delivery

Ana from Dreams, Watford was the best provider of customer service. My dad has been suffering with an injury and she had the most patience and grace when showing us the beds, and made sure we left with the perfect mattress to support him. She was so kind and helped us get the best deal. All the best, and thanks again for great service!

We bought a bed and two mattresses from Dreams and are very happy with everything. Ioana was amazing – friendly, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Great service and great products!

From the in-store assistance when buying the bed to delivery and assembly service everything went smoothly - all members of staff were helpful and professional.
