Very disappointed in the mattress. After only two weeks of use already has big dips and not very comfortable.
However I have had excellent customer service from Dreams, they have dealt promptly with my complaint and replacing the mattress .

The ordering process was easy in store having tried out different mattresses.
The communication was excellent throughout the process. The delivery team were professional and answered any queries. They were tidy and removed all rubbish having provided the service to put the ottoman bed together.

The experience was seamless, everything was done very smoothly. We had to change the date of delivery and the entire process went off smooth. The delivery staff was very kind, they took good care of our house. They wore cover on their shoes and the installation was done without any dirt on the carpet.

I had a fantastic experience at Dreams, and I have to give special thanks to Kyle for making it so enjoyable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand what I was looking for, offering helpful advice without ever being pushy.

Kyle was friendly, approachable, and genuinely nice throughout the whole process, which made choosing the right mattress feel easy and stress-free. His professionalism and customer care really stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in what he does.

The staff at Dreams Watford, very helpful, knowledgeable and let us shop at our pace. Impressed also with the quick delivery, and two people who delivered, assembled and explained. Great service all round and we’re very happy with the product.

It is the best company for selling bedding

I had a Dreams mattress delivered today by Walter and his Co worker. They were friendly and very helpful, my partner is disabled and the team did everything possible to assist me.
They also called, prior to delivery, to give me an updated delivery time.
