Excellent service
Had an electric sleepmaster 200 U&I since August 2024. Remote control ended up in the wash and broke, Staff at Warrington liaised with customer service and sent me a replacement at a low cost within a week. Excellent service

Really helpful
From the minute we walked into the dreams shop we wear treated like royalty Sean the guy who helped us choose the right mattress for aur needs was really helpful we got offered a coffee while we were waiting and the mattress we chose is really comfy and we have both had the best sleep in a very long time

We are extremely happy with our new mattress.
We were very impressed. The young lady that attended to us was great, she introduced us to an assortment of beds that suited our needs until we eventually made our final choice . The men that delivered the matress were quick and very efficient.
