I have previously found shopping for a new mattress can be a very overwhelming experience, and going into a mattress shop without really knowing much about mattresses is pretty daunting. Fortunately, the wonderful staff at Dreams Warrington really know their stuff.

I attended in April with my partner and we were greeted in a very pleasant way, and we're immediately put at ease as the sales lady helped us to use the sleepmatch machine to assess our support needs and narrow down our choices. Whilst the machine was running, the lovely manager made us a very nice cup of tea each and after it was finished we were offered a pillow each to try some of the mattresses, really putting us in the mindset of picking the right mattress for our needs. We ended up really liking a Tempur mattress and were were thrilled to learn about the finance options available, as we felt we'd really benefit from the support of such a nice mattress, and the peace of mind of knowing that if we ended up not liking our choice, there was a very easy to use 100 night exchange that we could swap to a different one. They even offered a service to take away our old mattress and recycle it!

Three weeks later, the absolutely fab delivery team took our old mattress away and delivered our new Tempur mattress up to our room no hassle at all (even though it seemed really heavy!!!), and it's honestly been blissful sleep all around ever since. I cannot reiterate how impressed I have been with the level of professionalism and genuine care I felt I received from the minute I first stepped into Dreams. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

The choice of mattress was really good and to lie on the test bed while the computer was the best mattress for me was really good. I took my timectesting all four recommended Did not feel pressured at all.

I ordered a double mattress and paid over £1658 which was delivered today. I was given a time slot of between 3.15 and 5.15. They turned up at 8 am following a phone call. They put the mattress on the frame and left. On inspection although the mattress was fine there was a chunk of wood missing from my wardrobe, which I found inside the wardrobe. The stairs were missing a spindle which I can only presume they broke and took with them because I cannot find it anywhere. I wasn't given chance to move any furniture to make delivery easier as they arrived several hours early. I contacted Dreams Customer Service and they offered me £85 by way of compensation which I accepted as to take it further was unlikely to be any better and would take forever. The fact that they hid the wood from the wardrobe and took the damaged spindle with them made my disappointment in the company worse. I doubt that £85 will cover the repairs but probably was my best option. This is the 3rd bed I have purchased from Dreams but would never shop with them again.

Lovely staff, welcomed us into the store, gave us a coffee! Talked us through finding the correct mattress via the special ved tgat measued our posture. A very pleasant experience, cant wait ti receive oyr new ine

The staff in the Warrington branch were very helpful and friendly. Particularly Katy - who helped us to evaluate the different mattresses when we called in - she was really friendly, patient and nothing was too much trouble. Also when we phoned up a couple of days later to place an order, Richard was really helpful too, and answered the remainder of my queries.

On arrival at the store we were greeted by a very pleasant sales lady by the name of Damanjit. I was given a wide range of choice to choose from and I even had a lie down for a couple of minutes whilst their bed machine calculated what sort of mattress I needed. After trying a few mattresses,I found a base that was ideal and even though its a bit of a wait(my choice) I was very happy with everything. We were offered refreshments, and I am so far pleased with everything.

We recently went to Dreams to order a new mattress. We were served by Sean who was amazing, so knowledgeable. Sean took us through several different mattresses, explaining the features of each and giving us time to try. We felt fully informed so that we could make the right choice for us. We would definitely recommend Dreams to anyone looking to buy a new mattress.

Bought this bed for brother who has broke his hip and has to live downstairs for a while. The Timeline was crucial the team stepped up to the plate regarding finding me a good delivery time. The delivery guys were efficient and friendly and finally brother out of hospital now and tells me bed is really comfy and getting good nights sleep. Thank you all.

I recently purchased a Harrison Spinks bed at Dreams ,Warrington.The sales consultant,Marife,was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds in the store.I was given plenty of choices for delivery date and was even offered tea or coffee by both Marife and the store manager.The very comfortable bed was delivered on time by polite ,uniformed delivery personnel.No complaints.
