The sales agent was great very helpful…
The sales agent was great very helpful and patient as I have disabilities and use a crutch made me feel at ease and helped me purchase the best bed! When the delivery took place Cameron was very good, polite friendly and quick all three lads wore covers of the shoes and made the bed and side table so fast.

Very helpful Salesman
The Salesman Sean was very helpful, never put us under any pressure to buy a bed when we only went in for a mattress, he explained everything to us in great detail, we could not fault him at all.

New mattress purchase
Your staff at Warrington were excellent. We purchased a new mattress, your sales rep was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all our questions regarding delivery dates, collecting our existing mattress and arranging for the new mattress to be taken upstairs (we both have mobility conditions). The new mattress is comfy and we are both sleeping well. Thank you.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Expert in store advice. Pleasant, helpful and made me fully aware of all deals. Genuine focused customer service. Kept informed of delivery time and what to expect. Men who collected old mattress and delivered the new one were excellent. Very respectful of the property, no fuss, pleasant and polite.
Would highly recommend.

Kieren was fantastic!
I had a great experience at the Warrington branch. Kieren was my server and he was brilliant—patient, attentive, and happy to answer every question I had. It made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Fantastic customer service all around! Would definitely recommend.

Changing the mattress
The first mattress we chose was totally unsuitable, as I couldn't actually get into bed. I am disabled, and it was too high
Changing it was not a problem, although I do think the £95 charge was a bit steep, and a rip off
