We received our bed on the 19/03/24 was…
We received our bed on the 19/03/24 was disappointed with the state of the frame, to say it was a brand new bed, the marks and scuffs was not what Iwas expecting,
I Have since received a phone call from Dreams and they were very apologetic about the state of the frame I received. They have offered to replace the whole bed and assemble it for us.
So I cannot fault them for getting in touch and rectifying the problem.
So 100% satisfied now the problem has been solved. Not every company would do that.

We went in to look for a single bed Omar showed me
and my wife what they had in stock and gave us a good
deal on the one we chose .He could not do enough for us offering a coffee while he completed our order

Finally finding what a good night’s sleep is all about
As a 77year old man I thought my bad nights sleep was due to maybe arthritis in my back but since I have got my new bed I haven’t slept as well for years.

Very helpful and very good service.
Very helpful sales man. Not at all pushy. Delivery guys were great too rang me before they came. Took my old bed away. Advised me on how to take care of my mattress. Very happy with my purchase. No more aches and pains just a great night sleep.

Great Experience!
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We were offered a cup tea or coffee. The 100 day swap offer made a sometimes difficult decision so much easier!

Excellent customer service and range of beds
Very impressed with the service we got when buying a new bed frame and mattress from Dreams. Given time and help freely in the store to choose a new bed and mattress with lots to try out in store.
Lots of choice with delivery dates and once delivered the standard of the packaging and instructions, both written and in a video, to assemble was very helpful.

Brilliant service at the Wakefield branch
Jason at the Wakefield branch was perfect for me and my partner today. I told him about my sciatica and how my partner also likes a different type of mattress to me. Was a clear choice for the Tempur one
Made me a cup of tea which is fab in the cold evenings and also went through every option we could have before committing to anything.

Excellent purchasing experience.
Visited local store, very helpful and professional team, took time to explain the different mattress’s assisting us find the right mattress for our needs. Explained the different payment methods and once order placed what happens next. Purchased a bed frame and mattress, order easily tracked on website, choose s delivery date, website explained what the delivery team would do. Overall excellent customer shopping experience.
