Darren and daniel were very efficient and professional

The delivery arrived within the designated time slot.
Both dreams staff were polite and helpful. My bed frame was assembled and all the packaging was discarded afterwards. The team explained how everything worked. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent all round, second purchase of a tempur mattress from the Wakefield branch, used the machine to select the best mattress for us the first time and on this occasion my son, more than happy with service from Melvin as we saw him both times, all explained regarding delivery and recycling of our old mattress, disappointed they are no longer a clearance store as we got our own mattress at a bargain price but we still purchased as we don’t like to be pushed and they aren’t pushy at all

We desperately needed a new mattress and nipped into Dreams to find out what firmness suited us best. Amy was great from start to finish, set us up on the sleep style beds and then let us test a few out. Unfortunately the one we wanted was out of our price range however she made sure we got the best we could for our budget. She also gave us a deal we couldn't refuse on the tempur pillows :) Great service and also great delivery from the lads.
Can't thank her enough. Sleeping much better :)

Went to the Dreams store in Wakefield, we are currently in the process of moving and yet to have a date but the staff were brill and understanding of our situation - special shout out to Amy who made the process smooth as possible, it was honesty like having a conversation with a friend! I will definitely be back once we start filling up our other bedrooms, thanks guys!

I tried out so many different mattresses at Dreams I was measured up for the correct type for me, the staff were very thorough I wish I had gone months ago, my new mattress and pillows are fantastic. The delivery men were in and out within what seemed like 2 minutes, polite and efficient I couldn’t ask for more. Good service.
