Amazing service

And find them very helpful.
There staff are polite are point you in the right direction as to what bed bests suits you - the customer.

Very happy customers!
We went into the Wakefield store with the intention of purchasing a mattress we’d seen online. Naturally we tried out some others and the sales consultant (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name) got wind that my partner and I wanted different things, him memory foam and myself, pocket springs. The sales consultant offered for us both meet half way and showed us a pocket spring mattress with a built in memory foam topper. I didn’t even know they existed. Perfect! Albeit it was £150 more than we had set out to spend, but it is a very nice mattress. She made us a nice coffee while we completed the sale which was informative and straightforward. Delivery was done 10 days later with no issues. Thank you dreams!

Great Product, Service and Price
Very helpful in the store where I purchased my bed. My bed is deliciously comfortable and very practical for storage, love it. Very reasonably priced.

Headboard
I bought a headboard it is perfect the staff in dreams Wakefield were very helpfull explained things very well didn't feel under any pressure from anyone I was asking about mattresses as well they were really good at explaining about the different ones which was very helpful for when we decide to buy them

Excellent service at Dreams
Excellent service at Dreams, the lady was able to show a number of beds that suited what I was looking for. The range of beds was great as was the range of prices. Delivery was great too. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful quality beds
Beautiful quality beds. And the mattresses are so comfortable. I haven’t slept so well in a long time! The show room staff were very attentive and very informative about the products and the delivery men were very helpful. First class service.
