From the minute we walked through the door we felt very welcome. The staff were amazing and went out their way to help us pick our dream bed. The sleep match system was excellent and helped us to select the right bed for us. Thank you Dreams. We will certainly recommend you.

Lovely service from the store manager, who directed me to the available options. Bed arrived in a timely manner and was set up incredibly quickly by two more great members of staff. Bed itself is very comfortable and of high quality.

The two delivery chaps that delivered my mattress were friendly, polite, helpful and extremely well mannered. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a very pleasant delivery experience. They were brilliant and I would highly recommend this delivery company to anyone that's looking for a new mattress 100%. I wouldn't hesitate to order from here again in the future.

Really good service from Dreams in Truro. The assistant was very helpful but not overbearing. Guided me to the Sleep Match machine (i think that is whst it is called!) and then made suggestions as to which mattress would be appropriate. I chose my mattress and he guided me through the paperwork with ease. The delivery was seamless and quick. Thank you Dreams.

We went in store 12 months ago and used the bed assessment machine to tell us the best mattress for us. My advice is don’t do this. We purchased a Tempur mattress for over 2k. The first few months it was a bit too firm and I had to keep changing sides as my hips hurt and my husbands shoulders hurt. After a few months this improved as the bed bedded in a bit but then I started to feel like I was going to roll out of the bed. My friends house sat and they found the same issues and ended sleeping in my sons room which had an Emma mattress that was more comfortable.
Twelve months later, it’s still too firm for my hips, I wake up dreaming of getting a new mattress and feeling angry at the money I’ve wasted. I had a Tempur for years before this one and it was great so I don’t know what’s changed but it’s the worse mattress I’ve ever had. We are even both waking up with lower back ache now. I should have complained months ago as it’s not fit for purpose at all but the store manager was so helpful and lovely that we didn’t want to cause problems.

Staff were excellent couldn’t be more helpful . Although the shop was being refurbished the shop was tidy and safe to manoeuvre . Delivered safely on time and by pleasant knowledgable staff . Bed is comfy and exactly as we expected .

The sales lady was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, polite and patient . Nothing was too much trouble, she really assessed our needs and pointed us in the right direction. We were offered the ‘Sleepmatch’ assessment which we thought helpful. We were able to narrow down our choice and decided to make our purchase on the day of our visit based upon the quality of product and the customer service experience, we even received a cup of tea! I’m not an impulsive person but felt strongly that Dreams offered the whole package thus decided to buy on the spot. I’ve worked in retail management for 40 years, I thought this level of customer service was a thing of the past, not the case. We left your store excited about our purchase and was made to feel appreciated. Well done Dreams
