Went to the shop the people were very helpful showed me all the options and I bought a great mattress they offered the takeaway option for my old mattress which I took up
When the guys delivered my new mattress the were very courteous and explained everything

An excellent customer service experience
The in store customer service was excellent and I was not pressured or rushed in any way and any questions I had were answered well.
The delivery was also excellent. The delivery team polite, professional and were mindful of my property when taking my mattress upstairs.
All in all a very satisfactory experience.

The guy is the shop was very helpful and knew his stuff guiding us through different types of beds and mattresses explaining in great detail about the products on sale and on offer and he didn’t rush us even making us some coffee overall we were very impressed.

Delivery staff were great, both very helpful. Bed is fine and is in situ.

Mattress
It was a good experience buying a new mattress from Dreams. The electronic device narrowed down our choices and gave us good examples to choose from.
The salesperson was very helpful too and gave us good advice.
When the mattress arrived I would advise customers to arrange help with moving the new mattress upstairs as it wasn’t an easy task as the delivery men just take it to your hall.
It was extremely heavy and awkward negotiating the stairs even with 2 people. I recommend paying for the additional help .
We have slept well on our new mattress and feels luxurious and comfortable. We are happy with our purchase.
