A brilliant store with the best customer service 👏
A brilliant store with the best customer service. This is the 2nd time we have used Dreams in a short space of time and on both occasions we were greeted in a friendly manner. This visit I had my adult son with Autism, the lady that helped us, treated my son brilliantly, and understood that sometimes he found it hard to answer some of the questions so I would step in. This did not stop her from asking him other questions which was brilliant. (Most people then begin to talk to me amd ignore my son!) My son left saying how nice (Debbie) the lady was, so she obviously made a big impression on him too. Very professional service, love the sleep match machine, such a good way to fins which mattress will suit you best. Thanks again Dreams.

We went to the Taunton branch to…buy a bed.
We went to the Taunton branch to purchase a new king size bed and mattress.
Once we had walked around the store and viewed the large selection, we sat down at a desk and spoke to the assistant, Pip,who offered us tea or coffee she talked us through the options and choices.
We eventually settled on a base and mattress, arranged payment and delivery, the whole process was enjoyable and unhurried.
Pip could not have been more helpful or more professional,a credit to the Dreams company

Good experience in Dreams
Good experience in Dreams, Taunton. Purchased a new mattress after receiving expert guidance on which type of mattress would be best. All went well from start to finish. The mattress is comfortable and is helping me sleep better.

Great help at the store to get the right bed for me. Thank you. Then they delivered when they said and in good time, and nice and polite delivery men who installed. Everything was great and I am so pleased with my new bed and am already benefitting from improved sleep.

To listen to what the customer is relaying to the sales person. Just because the readings from the trial bed in the shop say firm; doesn’t mean you need a firm mattress, still waking up with a bad back.

Thank you for your recent Trustpilot review. I am so sorry for the fact you are not finding your mattress comfortable. You mention in your review that you were recommended a firm mattress, but the one you purchased was a soft.
Dreams do offer a 100 night comfort guarantee, whereby you can have a replacement if the first product you choose is not 100% right for you.
Please let us know what mattress you would like to swap to, and I will get this on order for you.
