Staff very helpful, been sleeping on the mattress for just over a week and still not having a good night's sleep but will persevere for a bit longer to see if the mattress does get more comfortable

Good experience, disappointing to have to pay to nip the natress upstairs which should be part if the service.

The service and care of the staff both within the shop and especially the delivery team were absolutely fantastic.
The delivery team were polite and cheerful and considerate they couldn’t do enough to help.
I have been looked after so well by Dreams, I highly recommend this company.

Debbie at the Taunton store was incredible help from my first passing visit right til I purchased. I was years overdue upgrade and Debbie made sure I got the right fit.

Dealt with the manager at the Taunton Store. He was so helpful. Allowed us the freedom of the store and answered any questions when we needed to know something. We were not followed around or pushed into buying anything.

I was very impressed with how open and friendly the staff were. They didn't pressure us into buying and understood that we needed to think before we went on to purchase. Our adviser was amazing and i loved the bed scan, it gave us multiple choices and we are really happy with what we bought.

Went in on a Friday. Staff available and helpful. Shop quiet. Used the body scanner system - looks fancy but not really sure it does much more than weigh you. Tried a few mattresses, selected and ordered. Lead time good. Free set of pillows. Removal of old mattress. Comfy.

Great service from the shop and delivery team and really super bed. Very well made, good solid drawer underneath. Looks great. Would recommend.

The mattress is comfortable. The guys who delivered it were great and very helpful.

Firstly id like to say a massive thankyou to all those that have helped when I purchased my new mattress at the Taunton Dreams store.. Brilliant! unfortunately I had to change said mattress and this is where I really REALLY want to thank PIPPA in particular.. She went above and beyond to help me, I rang and she answered the phone and I then returned to the store to choose a different mattress where initially I saw someone different.. But PIPPA outshone everyone! For a young lady she is a credit to the store and I thank her so much. Replacement mattress has just arrived and I'm hoping that this one is going to be OK!

Excellent service. I particularly enjoyed the computerised test bed so that we did not waste time trying out unsuitable mattresses but only tried ones of the correct firmness. The salesman was very helpful. He did not rush or pressurise us.

Delivery was on time and the men were again helpful and nice.

Excellent customer service nothing was to much trouble sales person Debbie was very knowledgeable and very helpful and not pushy about the sale would highly recommend her x delivery was fast and delivery was made by an excellent couple of young men

The bed is comfortable and great value for the money.
The only single issue is the rollers don’t have stoppers/breaks so every time my son gets in bed, the bed moves out of place with so much ease.
