The installers were a bit late, but they called and let me know and when they arrived they got the bed/mattress installed in quick time.

Very easy to browse and make an order on the website. Payment went through without any problems and delivery was quick, friendly and efficient.
I would definitely order from this company again.

Brilliant service. Good quality bed base delivered as promised

Dreams Portrack Lane we were greeted by a lovely lady called Jayne who helped us choose a bed what was great for us. Jayne did the sleepmatch test to find the right mattress for us. Service was brilliant, we were told date it would arrive, from start to finish everything went smooth couldn’t fault anything.

Excellent bed, excellent service, excellent delivery and fitting. From start to finish amazing, so grateful as bed is for elderly mum 86 terminally ill with cancer. She is so comfortable on a night now.

Dreams is what dreams are made of! From stepping foot into the shop to having our mattress delivered the experience we had was excellent. The staff who helped us were polite and helpful- going that extra mile to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. The gentleman who delivered it were brilliant- nothing was too much trouble. We’re more than happy with our mattress and we’d certainly use Dreams again and recommend them to our friends.

Staff were helpful and pleasent, and not pushy, gave me plenty of time to try several mattresses and to make up my mind.

Ordering and delivery were great. We are disappointed that the new king size tempur mattress is smaller on each side than our old king size tempur mattress. This leaves a gap in our bed frame.
Not sure if this can be resolved.

Arrived early brilliant

I would defintely recommend Dreams at Stockton to buy beds and mattresses from. From the moment you walk in the staff are very helpful, and even give you a cup of coffee. We were looking at mattresses, and the staff member said we could use the Sleepmatch which works out which type of mattress is best for us. She then showed us the different type of mattresses and explained all the details of the different types. We made our choice and had it delivered. They also gave us a free good quality pillow each which are very comfortable. It is a very comfortable mattress and well worth going to Dreams for.
