Absolutely lovely staff …
Absolutely lovely staff couldn't do enough for my mum, friendly helpful made us all a coffee felt at ease, we went Bensons for beds oh wow totally different experience very pushy not good, I highly recommend Dreams lovely fellows

Fantastic team in store
Fantastic team in store. Great customer service. No too pushy. I was offered a coffee which was gratefully received with it being a long shopping trip. Found the whole experience to be satisfying. I will recommend not only the company but this store in particular.

It was a pleasure!
Fantastic team, James and Ash were brilliant. I love my new bed, didn’t feel pressured at all to buy. Was left alone with our lattes after being given all the information, and left the store very happy. They even put up with some silly questions, and was brilliant with my kids.

Above and beyond!
I'm a single lady on my own and had an excellent experience with the st helens store after a failed delivery due to not being able to get the bed up my stairs!
James the store manager went above and beyond his role to help me get a bed(the same day)so I didn't have to sleep on the floor!
Couldn't recommend this store enough! Thanks again James x
