Paige was great, really patient and helpful, she took her time to get us exactly what we wanted. She even helped coordinate delivery date with the carpet fitters in a store down the way. So impressed woh the level of care.

Great service both on delivery and after care for a technical issue that was resolved over the telephone very quickly.

Excellent buying experience from start to finish. Paul in showroom was very helpful but the main plaudits go to the delivery guys Jack and Ed who were amazing, incredibly polite and delivered the best possible customer service.

It was only after purchasing the new mattress, that we realised just how uncomfortable the old one had become. We were ably assisted without pressure, from the competent sales manager and after a month have not regretted our purchases.
There is just one problem, it is now so comfortable that we are no longer so keen to get up in the morning!

Dreams really do come true!

From the moment I walked into Dreams, I knew I was in for a snooze-worthy experience, in the best way possible! The team were pillow-fessionals from start to finish, helping me find the perfect mattress to suit my sleep style.

Delivery was dreamily prompt and setup was smoother than a bedtime story. Now every night feels like a one-way ticket to the land of nod. I’ve never dozed off so fast or woken up feeling so refreshed.

If you’re tossing and turning about where to shop, don’t sleep on this place (well… do, but you know what I mean!). Dreams have turned my nightly zzz’s into a full-blown luxury experience.

Absolute nap-tastic service. Highly recommended!

I've only given Dreams 4 out of 5 because of the delivery experience we had, apart from that, we couldn't fault them at all. The guy in the Southend branch was beyond good at his job, he explained everything to us, gave us good advice and made it easy for us to choose our new mattress and pillows. The thing that wasn't so great is paying £25 for 2 delivery guys to take a mattress upstairs, without unpacking it, or making sure it was the right way round... for me, about £20 too expensive!
