Very pleased!
We were helped by Paige who a was very patient and worked to understand our requirements. Placed our order, item delivered on time and the delivery guys were very polite, so all good - thank you!

When it arrived, back in January, it stank of nasty chemicals. It took a fortnight to finish off gassing, during which we had to keep the bedroom door shut and have all the windows in that room wide open…in January.

After around 8 months, the bed became lumpy and uncomfortable - we’re still paying £75 a month (and will be for another year still to come!) but have such poor sleep, we’ll probably have to replace it - a far cry from our previous mattress which only became uncomfortable after 8 years.

Brilliant service in store, good experienced staff help us select the right mattress for us and delivery guys were very friendly, helpful and on time.
Only improvement would be a quicker delivery time, but it seems that is the norm with furniture deliveries.

We went to the store at the Southend Airport retail park. I wanted to purchase an ottoman bed with was advertising just a few days before at 399. I didn’t want to order on line as I wanted to test how easy it was to lift the mattress up and down. Therefore wanted to physically visit the store and today was the first opportunity. To my horror the bed was now priced at 699! I couldn’t get over how fluid the pricing is. The first assistant was friendly but huffed and puffed walking up the stairs to us. She tried to be helpful. I was about to purchase another bed when one of the other assistants became very rude and defensive towards us. Was nonchalant and lots of shoulder shrugging. His answer was “Well it was in the sale and now it’s not and that’s what happens in sales! ” he when went on to say “it will be back on sale in 3 or 4 weeks so what’s the problem?” My simple question was how can Dreams justify such fluid prices?. I left the shop with out making a purchase and went straight to Bensons for Beds. Got an amazing deal and was served by a very pleasant guy. Shame on you Dreams Southend!

Our service in store was brilliant I couldn’t fault your salesman and the delivery men were prompt polite and efficient I would totally recommend your company from start to finish.

The two delivery men were so competent, polite, respectful, kind and extremely professional. They made the whole experience effort less, which it wasn't for them at all. I bought an electric bed, which they put together for me, and they were so tidy clearing all the packaging away and putting everything back. They made sure they went through everything with me before they left.
The bed itself is an absolute 'dream' and I am completely in love with this purchase! I have slept so well, and the bed itself is gorgeous in shape and midnight blue velvet - best decision I made - thank you Dreams ❤

Great service from start to finish and we are sleeping much better on new mattresses .

We had to change our delivery date as my husband was admitted to hospital and we didn’t know when we could set a new delivery date. Dreams handled everything for us.
We have now taken delivery of our fabulous new bed. Delivery experience was brilliant too, nothing was too much trouble.

The Southend on Sea store has a large selection of beds and we were lucky to find a knowledgeable assistant called Paul. He matched us to a firm mattress and we found a good quality king sized bed frame that was very competitively priced. Delivery is free which is a bonus.

This is easy from walking in the store to the day of delivery and installation all I can say is. PERFECT

A comfortable experience all-round. We were served by Paul who was knowledgeable, conscientious of budget constraints, friendly, and excited to ensure maximum comfort (via sleep match - a fascinating a free piece of kit).

The whole process of going into shop, getting help with finding the perfect mattress to it being delivered was easy. We have had mattress for two weeks now and we are getting a good nights sleep again.

We were greeted by Jessica as we browsed around the store for a new mattress ( first time ever buying one ) and were offered the use of the Mattress Dream match machine - which was very clever in identifying which mattress would benefit both me and my husband's bodies and preferences for a good night's sleep, with my husband usually struggling to sleep this seemed perfect. The machine found some options fairly quickly and Jessica took us to each option to try. We purchased our mattress ( which was ex-display ) , 4 x pillows ( 2 of which were at a reduced rate ) a 10.5 tog duvet and a mattress protector. We were very pleased with the cost, the customer service - so friendly and knowledgable, and even offered us drinks whilst we made our purchases. The delivery was smooth and efficient with good communication. All products are excellent quality and we have never slept so well! Highly recommend and wouldn't consider anywhere else in future! It's changed my husband's sleep for the better so thank you very much!

Our initial visit to the Southend store was great, we chose a mattress and it was delivered on time. Unfortunately the mattress was much firmer than we thought from trying it in the shop and despite giving it a good go, we could not get on with it. We decided to swap it using the 100 night guarantee. Again, the staff were wonderful and arranged for the transfer with no issues. Excellent service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Delivery was excellent no problems. Mattress we bought is great but was told is was a soft one. After a night on it would say medium soft. So not exactly what we wanted. Hopefully it just needs breaking in.
