James in the Rotherham Parkgate store was very helpful and spent the time listening to my needs
Highly recommended

The Rotherham store was the nearest to us which had adjustable beds to look at and try out. From greeting to service the staff were exceptional. Very satisfied with the buying but will have to wait for delivery which is a little problematic due to stock levels of our headboards. Would have liked a quicker delivery time but we can understand during the present climate.

Excellent friendly customer service from James at Rotherham. Very happy and never felt under pressure to decide what to choose. All staff seemed approachable. Would definitely recommend.

Having looked at a few mattress options, we chose a shortlist, chatted to the sales person and after listening to her advice, we placed an order, all in 10-15 mins before the store closed.
I wish all purchases were this easy.
We were given a delivery date and the driver rang us after his previous drop to let us know he would be here shortly. We live in a 4 bed bungallow and and the delivery went perfectly. One man brought it from the van whilst the driver fitted shoe protectors and checked where it was to go, (to the bedroom at the back of the house). All went very smoothly, I wish all deliveries went this well.
We were very pleased with all aspects of the purchase/delivery.

Dreams is a fab company - from ordering the bed to the delivery I have absolutely NO complaints! The team that delivered and assembled the bed were great! The worked fast. Maintained professional throughout and left no mess! Highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with the service received from the order of my bed in the shop to the delivery everything went smoothly and dreams are a very good team to purchase from I have made several purchases from them and would not hesitate to do so again this purchase was for the sleepmotion bed 800i it's fabulous and very comfy and with having a few health problems from arthritis and neck problems this bed just fits the bill due to being able to adjust it to exactly how I want it I wish I had bought it sooner I would recommend it to anyone and also the team at dreams thank you

Kieran was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. We were offered bottled water on our visit and greeted immediately. We were offered use of the sleep machine and unlimited time to try the mattresses recommended and others that weren't to understand the differences. Kieran was able to answer all our questions and we never felt any pressure to buy. He also used a computer to show us our product choices in a bedroom environment. Exceptional service!

I'd searched online and found the bed frame to suit our budget but I wasnt sure on the mattress. I've started getting aches and pains and I blame our mattress. We did the sleep test with the machine in store and it gave us some options. The staff weren't pushy, they let us try loads of options until we found the one that we thought was comfy and within our price range. We have to wait 6 weeks for delivery so I've not tried it out properly yet but we have a 40 day guarantee so if it's not right for us we can change it. We spent a little more then we planned but it will be worth it because this is the bed I'll sleep on for years to come.

Delivery was on time and delivery men were polite and efficient.The whole process was done and dusted in just a few minutes,very satisfied.

Today l received delivery of my new bed that cost over £2,300 the delivery team threw the item in to the room in two minutes flat with no due care or attention, l was subsequently told that assembly was not included when l offered to pay for assembly (automatically assumed this would be in when spending so much money). l was told they could get someone in 2 days but they could not do it as they where already behind schedule, after contacting customer services they told me that they had tight restrictions on delivery, l had a recent delivery from a high street brand who took time to put the item together at no extra cost and check all ok, the strap line regarding improving customer service needs to be for all colleagues at Dreams and not just the shop and customer service team and if this means slightly longer for each consumer to check they are happy then surely that makes more sense to date l would have recommended dreams, but after today l would not

Great service from the Rotherham store. Friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough to help us and we bought the perfect mattress for us. Quick delivery times too.

We had a bed and some bedroom furniture delivered and assembled for us. The lads who delivered were very helpful, efficient and very careful not to damage anything in our home. I can't recommend this service highly enough.
