Love our new mattress. Knowledgeable staff in store, very professional delivery staff.

Riska assisted us throughout and catered to our needs.

Simple process but so many options and firstly walking into dreams having no idea what we wanted and an hour later having ordered a new bed + matress.

Staff in shop were brilliant delivery came when said

friendly and polite introduction.
Offered refreshments.
Mattress computer tested explained and tried.
Purchase selected and additional cover explained
All information covered very well and easy to understand
Delivered within notified time. Extremely polite and helpful staff.

We went in on a busy day yet the staff handled everything with professionalism and good humour. We told them what we wanted and they helped us get exactly that. 2 weeks on and we've never slept better.

The installation was also professionally handled so I think companies that try so hard to please really need a big thanks.

Salesperson was helpful and friendly and not pushy!,delivery was on time and the guys were again helpful and friendly and treated our home with respect by covering their shoes, Mattress is absolutely Amazing, extremely comfortable, sleeping better than I have in years!!

Right from the start, the sales people were so helpful and friendly. Offering us what we could afford and even gave some freebies. The delivery was on time and kept us up to date beforehand, when it would arrive.
We looked around other bed stores after reserving a bed at Dreams and everywhere else was so expensive. We definitely got a bargain.
The beds are easy to build and an absolute dream (pardon the pun) to sleep on. We’re saying everyday how well we slept.
Well worth the 5 stars!

Great bed, delivered on time and carried up to the bedroom. Only complaint is that the drawers are quite flimsy and I’m not sure they will last as long as the bed. Have to give a shout out to the two assistants at the store who were a great help choosing the right bed for us.

The staff member Alex was extremely helpful and given advice with the highest expertise and provided useful information.It is a great place to find the best matress suited to your needs Definitely recommend to pop in if you are planning to buy a new great quality matress and bed frame they also have sofa beds too.

The service and the way I was looked after at the Reading branch of Dreams was excellent. I wish my experience at other retailers was as good as this.
The knowledge and care that Ollie gave, really helped me make a decision on the mattress that I needed.
