My experience buying a mattress at dreams was excellent my mattress I chose is very comfortable for me im pleased with my purchase .

We popped into Dreams this morning not intending to buy. We have been in quite a few bed shops over the last couple of weeks but nobody seemed to listen to what we needed.
Today in the Reading store we were served by a young man by the name of Alex. We left very pleased with our purchase.
Alex was so knowledgeable he knew about every bed, including the different frames,ans all the different mattresses as well as pillows..It was so refreshing as he listened to what suited our needs. Also he had a great personality very happy disposition Andrade us feel very welcome offering us a choice of hot drinks or water. We Will highly recommend him to our friends and relatives.

I visited the Reading Dreams store to buy a mattress. The Dreams Sleep Match machine was very comfortable to lie on whilst it dkid its analysis. Then Alex was fantastic at taking me through all the various mattress recommendations. He was patient whilst I tried (& retried) different mattresses.
He was informative about the different types of mattress constructions, answering all my questions in a friendly manner. I never felt pressured into buying any specific mattress, and the 100 Night Guarantee was clearly explained to me.

The whole experience from arriving in store, all the way through to placing my order was fantastic.

Excellent service received from Reading shop provided from manager Sam and her male colleague , they are patienly giving their advice and professional opinion to assist me and my husband - will encouge people go there shop for beding staffs

Yesterday we visited the Dreams shop in Reading to see what mattresses were available as the last time we brought one was embarrassing 😳 far too long ago!! We were looked after by Alex who was very funny and professional, we went on a sleep 😴 mattresses machine which sorts out which mattress you require for how you sleep we were offered a hot drink twice a taken around the shop..... and before we knew it we had actually brought a new mattress, thank you Alex for being so helpful and guiding us through what would have been a difficult experience which as usual would have resulted in not buying anything. I am looking forward to our new mattress and headboard arriving soon.

Absolutely amazing staff . So warm and welcoming, really friendly super helpful . I was served by Sam and she is truly amazing super friendly and helpful and patient, was very understanding and lovely . Highly recommend Dreams you will not be disappointed.

Our in-store experience was absolutely perfect thanks to Alex that carefully explained everything we needed to know to make the best decision. The whole team was very kind and flexible to our demands. Delivery service very smooth and no single issue. 100% recommended.

Delivery was good. The mattress itself is good. A bit firmer than I expected to start but softened up.
My only disappointment is that it doesn't keep me cool. When you touch the mattress when changing the sheets it feels lovely and cool. But when sleeping on it it doesn't feel much difference to an ordinary mattress. I paid £200 over my budget as I was assured by the assistant it would keep me cool as he had one himself. Other than that it is comfortable so I will keep it.

From the moment I walked into the shop nothing was to much trouble. Also the day of delivery went like clockwork, really pleased.

Me and my partner sleep completely different to each other and have different areas of pain when it comes to sleeping so we had no idea what type of mattress we were looking for. We came to your Reading branch and Alex went above and beyond to help us pick the correct mattress! He was so knowledgeable about mattresses, there is actually a lot more to it than we thought. He set us up on the machine to figure out what type suited us both best then went from there. Absolutely over the moon with our experience with Alex. We both felt extremely comfortable and 100% happy. We used the 0% interest finance which was so easy and fast to use which again Alex helped us with so much to come to monthly payments which suited us best. Our friends are also looking for a new bed and mattress so we have recommended going in to speak with Alex. Overall the experience was 10/10. Couldn’t of asked for better customer service!
