Claire from Dreams (Reading) was the real star of the show! Met me on the door and listened to my needs, or at least my preconceptions! Went on the scanner to measure my body and actually lead me to a completely different mattress type. Walked away very happy with my selection and more importantly extremely happy with the customer service I got! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

From the moment we stepped into the store in Reading, we felt we had come to the right place. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Alex was outstanding, a credit to Dreams, he was polite, very knowledgeable about every bed, mattress etc, his guidance really helped us in making the right choices for our beds.

and the delivery was also smooth and nicely done .

Awful delivery service... we were told our bed and mattress would be delivered on the 16th April and paid 30 POUNDS for this service. They registered our bed as being already delivery where in fact it was not!!! We now have to wait until the 28th April with no bed and no garantee that this is going to be effectively delivered cause guess what!! They are not even able to prioritise this sale even though they messed up... absolutely not recommended.

From ordering to delivery the experience was easy, friendly and prompt. We had to re-schedule delivery but there were no issues and the whole experience was worthwhile.

We bought a new mattress from Dreams, we were very impressed with the salesperson. She got us to try out the sleep match system which choose several mattresses to suit our backs.

From start to finish my experience of buying a new bed from Dreams was amazing. The assistants in the store were exceptionally helpful, taking time to ensure that I was buying the correct bed for me, and the young man who delivered and installed my bed did so with great care, leaving everything tidy behind him. He made sure that I understood the working and usage of the ottoman storage, too.

The people working in Dreams were extremely helpful! And I'm sure would be disappointed to hear that my mattress is a million miles away from being perfect. This has nothing to do with Dreams, but more to do with the Tempur mattress not being the mattress of my dreams. I am greatful that I will be able exchange the mattress and that I won't be stuck with it.

Both Olumayowa and the Store Manager were super helpful. Even when I realised the bed I'd ordered was going to be too wide, the Store Manager helped me immediately to resolve and amend my order. Thank you so much!

Great service from the moment we walked into the Reading store through to the delivery of our mattress and pillows.

1. The staff in the shop, Sam and Riska, were very helpful, and my buying was easy and quick.
2. The delivery men provided good time slots, quick installation, and tidy work.
3. I am an old customer of the Dreams, as before, I am happy with the quality of the products.
4. I feel comfortable in that Dreams shop in Reading.

Every step of the way to the purchase of our new bed went smoothly.

Only had mattress a week so no problem at moment delivery men great and very polite and helpful let's see how mattress goes next few months

From the moment we stepped into Dreams Reading, it didn't take long for Alex to approach us and walk us through the different types of mattresses, before recommending we tried the Dreams Simulator to identify which mattresses would closely match our needs. This enabled us to narrow down our search, and meant we were able to purchase two mattresses during our visit.
