Very happy with the purchase. Excellent service, and very helpful in the showroom (Guy). It was great to be able to view the products with only assistance when required.

Went to buy a new mattress with only the stipulation that it was to be non memory foam and firm. The salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable and showed us several options for our budget. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. We made our choice after some recommendation and negotiated a removal of our old mattress, was given a choice of delivery dates, and all this within 30 minutes. A very painless transaction which we both enjoyed. Delivery as planned. Everything about the transaction went well and we would return again.

Delivery drivers were on time ,very pleasant polite the old mattress was removed and new one put on bed,and they were gone very efficient Thank-you.

Lot's of staff in Portslade branch ready to advise if needed. Relieved to be left in peace however as I wanted to try different beds and think about it. Once chosen, everything was arranged smoothly adding a discount for the collection of old mattress which was a nice surprise. Good price for a decent mattress in the sale. Very happy with the Maidstone Firm Mattress - flippable so better (I think) to keep the wear evenly spread. Shame it's covered in Team GB labels though! Really comfortable. Perfect firmness for us and a good combo with a slightly softer touch with mattress topper. Very happy.
Delivery was on time, polite and helpful with the two delivery men taking away old mattress and giving tips on care of a new mattress. Very happy.

Store staff helpful and allow you to view products without them hounding you in the showroom!

Arrived on day scheduled. Contacted on day by driver for time slot and it came during that time slot. Mattress taken to room and both delivery agents curtious and careful getting mattress upstairs. Love this mattress

Very happy with our sleep motion split bed staff at fishersgate terrace portslade were fantastic made feel at ease and not hounded ,they gave us great advice and made th e whole experiance easy, great sales staff our sales man was Benjamin who was very good polite,i belive he may be going to another branch nearer his home ,good luck Benjarmin and many thanks.

One hour time slot texted day of delivery and a phonecall when 15mins

We paid for the delivery people to make the bed. Done within an hour. Professional and friendly whilst here.
