Great Visit
We were welcomed as soon as we entered and offered help, but were happy to give us plenty of time to wander around and look at mattresses first. And then when we did need help there was someone easily available who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. And we got offered teas and coffees!

Finally a solid night's sleep
Followed guidance from Dreams representative, alongside computer sleep position test and now often sleep through the night and not waking in pain. Thank you.

The mattress is great
The mattress is great. Slept so much better on it than my old worn out one. Waking up a lot less through the night. Definitely happy with my purchase

My back pain considerably reduced
Having a back problem , on the advice of a physio, she recommended that I swap my 3year old memory foam mattress to a sprung one. The scan on the machine recommended which ones to try from a vast range. My new mattress arrived on time and was placed in the upstairs bedroom. Very pleasant and efficient staff.
