Pleased with choice of mattress’s.Usha the sales assistant was helpful knowledgeable and efficient.I was fortunate to see a mattress that was on offer .Would highly recommend Dreams.The delivery guys were on time, polite and respectful .What a great team.

Dreams in oldbury were very helpful when I bought my new mattress. The manager was efficient and the delivery team were bang on time and very helpful too ,would highly recommend

This is my second and final time using dreams! I purchased a mattress for £1400 in the sale which has since caused me nothing but back and side ache. I paid for a luxury mattress protector, which doesn't protect your mattress at all. As natural perspiration managed to soak through not only a thick cotton sheet, but also this luxury mattress protector, unbeknownst to me! I Opted to change the mattress, went back in store arranged the exchange under the sleep guarantee.
Had to pay an extra £200+ for the new mattress.
Arranged the delivery, the guy inspected the near-perfect mattress and squinted under two intense lights to find the slightest fault that couldn't be seen to the naked eye in daylight! Then said there's a slight mark here, I have to call head office. Then they refused to honour the comfort guarantee. I also purchased insurance but apparently, that was just a sales ploy too, just like the faulty mattress protector!
Now, I'm stuck with a hard mattress that is ruining my back! For the bargain price of £1,400 not including the cost of the faulty mattress protector and useless insurance!

I will never ever use dreams again!
Fool me once, but twice!
Avoid this company like the plague!

Peter, I think a second opinion should be given and I would like to see these pictures!

I've been into the local Oldbury store and seen clearly stained Mattresses, which mine is not! This decision is 100% overkill!

Great experience! Greeted upon arrival and our needs identified. We were then referred to the member of staff best suited to help (Usha). Once some simple details were taken regarding our sleeping positions, we took a ride on the sleepmatch machine which assessed our needs. We quickly established the mattresses we preferred, the bed type and headboards we liked. Following this, we identified the pillows we preferred too: all in all an efficient and stress free experience. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quickly the bed could be delivered. Usha was friendly, knowledgeable and regularly offered us hot drinks while we considered our options. Now the bed has been delivered, we are sleeping brilliantly. Just what was required~thank you.

We purchased a new mattress a Therapur 4600. There was no one following us round the store or any pressure. We were just free to try out any mattress we liked! They have a great clearance section also where you can grab a baragin.

Although delivery was 6am in the morning, the delivery guy rang before arriving and I couldn't even be mad at him, he was so nice and had such a calming voice on the phone and even knocked so gently. You get some drivers who bang so viciously but this guy was really good at his job.

My purchase was a rushed one, but i was given some guidance by the salesman and chose a suitable mattress for my needs. On delivery day, I was given my delivery window time and my order was delivered earlier than expected but well within the scheduled timeslot, which suited me perfectly so I could go on with my day.
