Dreams in pentrbach merthyr tydfil , where perfect in every way from entering store to leaving, had the most perfect bed from the dream team .

There was a good selection of beds to choose from. We were attended by a knowledgeable staff member who could answer our queries and arrange the purchase. The delivery date was reasonable. We were notified a number of times when to expect delivery. Delivery came exactly as promised. The deliverers were careful and polite. The old mattress was taken away and the new one installed in minutes. The new mattress is comfortable, even a hint of luxury. Makes for a good night's sleep. An all round creditable performance.

The process of buying and delivery was excellent. The mattresses have yet to be used.

Excellent service. Keiran was very professional and helped us chose the right bed.
The delivery was on time as arranged.The delivery men were very polite and took no time to assemble the bed.

The bed I purchased is brilliant, really comfortable so I can enjoy a good nights sleep. The staff at my local Dreams were excellent, knowledgeable and helpful, having the ‘Sleep Machine’ to give information regarding the type of mattress to purchase was extremely helpful. Richard (the sales assistant) offered advice but I never felt pressurised into making a specific choice of bed/mattress. I would certainly recommend Dreams to people I know as a first class outlet for a new bed.

Brilliant sales man and brilliant delivery team! Cant fault them! We were offered a cup of tea on arrival and shown around the different mattresses. Delivery guys were really quick and took the old mattress away!

I purchased a bed following instructions of assistance from sales person in store.
After trying out a machine which asses your requirements and trying out several mattresses.
Returning to a mattress and confirming this is the mattress of choice. Then waiting 30 days plus for delivery. Only to recieve a completely different mattresses to the one we confirmed. Then phoning the shop to be told we have to wait 30 days to complain.
30 days to complain that we do not have the correct mattresses is not acceptable. This is a complete and utter shambles.

If I could award 0 I would!
Immediately contacted customer services to say the mattress was no where near as firm as the one we tried out instore. Took 7 days to respond with a generic nonsense email about pressure points! It’s not going to get any firmer!!!!
Expensive mattress and very disappointed that we will be left with this.

We were able to change the delivery date 3 times due to builders running late on our new build. Delivery guys were great

Despite it being a long wait for the bed it was delivered and installed on the date promised The delivery team were excellent ,polite very professional and had the job done in no time The Matress is so comfortable and being able to raise the head and feet has eased my pain and made getting in and out so much easier The pre sale team were so informative and helped me make a great choice of bed and Matress.
