Pentrebach Dreams, staff helpful, delivery was on time, two men delivered, couldn't be more helpful,
bed fabulous, but expensive, hence 4 stars, otherwise it would have been 5 stars, opportunity to change should we be unhappy. Had to contact customer service, re price promise, no issues.

Helpful staff. Only the item I wished to see was not stocked in my nearest store, Hereford
Bunks beds seem solid and good quality and were slept in for first time this weekend. Family approved!

Walked through the door at dreams to be met with a lovely staff member called Steve.
He asked if he could help and I said yes and told him I needed a new mattress. I told him exactly what I needed as having 2 back ops I know my body pretty well. He asked if I would try the simulator to understand what type of mattress I would need.
Result was a choice of 4 so proceeded to try the 1st Mattress then the other 3 but I knew the 1st one was for me.
I was offered a cup of tea or coffee by Steve he was very professional explained all about all 4 mattresses and asked me to try them all to compare before making my decision which I did.
I can highly recommend Dreams I finally have the bed of my dreams.

Just a fabulous super bed! A sleep motion TV bed that does everything! Even provides a massage!

We went into Dreams, received excellent service, had plenty of options to choose from and are so happy with our new mattress. Wish I had just gone to them in the first place. Baes on our experience I Would highly recommend

On entering the shop i was approached quickly,but not in any pushy way. I received all the necessary information I needed, and, despite the rather high price, I was tempted by the sale price as well as some extra offers.
Delivery went smoothly on Feb 12th - on time, quickly assembled, and the old bed removed within 1,hour.
To date, I am very pleased with my purchase. Well done.

No pressure from the sales people only help and advice. I was given different choices of add-ons like mattress protection and pillows. Delivery came as arranged by helpful pleasant delivery guys and for a fee my old mattress taken away so no headaches with disposal issues. My mattress is perfect and l did not expect to sleep any differently but both my husband and myself sleep better now.
