Spectacular start to finish

Spectacular, from the experience in store and ordering my new bed, mattress and bedding, to the delivery and build. Going into store made a world of difference after browsing online.
I couldn't be happier, and the Tempur Duxford bed and Pro Air Luxe Smartcool mattress & bedding deal are incredible, best I've slept in years.

I experienced some issues in store and obtaining my refund despite multiple communications. Good communication following leaving trust pilot review and refund received.

Excellent service.

Staff in store were excellent. Not pushy, very supportive and understanding of our needs. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were brilliant. My new mattress is really great. What a difference it has made to my nights sleep. Excellent, would highly recommend Dreams.

Worth every penny!

I was spending a lot of money, so I needed help, guidance, understanding and patience. I got all of them. I was made to feel very welcome; the salesman was extremely helpful and took all the time I needed to find the bed which would suit me best. The bed was worth every penny, and my sleep has improved a lot. Thank you, Dreams!

Great mattress

Great mattress. A bit of a wait to get it. But very comfortable. Some staff could be more friendly. But overall. Happy.

Great Staff & Great Beds

We were given a great shopping experience by Bryony who made finding out perfect mattress an absolute dream. Would definitely recommend shopping here if you're looking to find a new bed.
