Khushali’s approach was very customer centric in all aspects. Her product knowledge was excellent.
Steve’s input was very valuable to conclude the sale.
We have had the Tempur CTS ELITE for just over 2 weeks so it early days to rate the product. However so far it seems excellent.

Great customer service and products
Honestly we had really good customer service after so long. Definitely would recommend people to go to the Leicester St George’s retails park store and speak with Ash. He was a great help and we love our mattress!

New mattress.
We were able to assess which mattress we wanted by trying several which matched our requirements. The mattresses we tried varied in price and there was no pressure from the salesperson to select a particular mattress. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful as were the delivery persons.

Dreams Leicester - fantastic customer service from Claire
We went into Dreams in Leicester today to buy a bed and mattress and were served by Claire. Claire was absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. She also gave us time to consider the options and was not at all pushy. Thank you Claire for a brilliant service.

Leicester Dreams great staff
Had a shoulder injury so needed a mattress that is comfortable. Claire was very helpful and friendly and we tried the sleep match device which showed what to go for. 5 star 100% service all round. Thank you very much!
