Staff was very helpful and friendly

Delivery men kept me updated on my delivery time, wore protective footwear. Great service from Dreams. Beds were delivered and fitted by delivery men.

the bed that i ordered was not that i expected but that was my fault the staff was very good i will like to change it but the cost off changing the mattres was not wot i expected

I’m so glad we chose Dreams for our new mattress. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to what we needed. They explained the different options clearly, encouraged us to try out a few, and made sure we didn’t feel rushed. Thanks to their guidance, we found the perfect mattress that’s both comfortable and supportive – we’ve been sleeping so much better since. Dreams made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I’d definitely recommend them.

I had the absolute best experience at Dreams today thanks to Jas (and also Shani) who both went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect bed. From the moment I walked in, Jas made me feel so welcome, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and guided me through the options with genuine care and expertise. Shani was also fantastic in supporting the process, and together they made the whole experience enjoyable, stress-free, and exciting.

I left the store not only with exactly what I wanted, but also feeling thrilled with my purchase and really grateful for the outstanding customer service I received. Jas in particular deserves the highest praise – professional, knowledgeable, and truly invested in making sure I was happy.

Don't fall for the salesperson. We were mis-sold a Tempur mattress and have been suffering health issues in the form of back pain ever since. We have resorted to sleeping on the floor as can't afford to spend another £2000 on a mattress. Dreams and Tempur both refuse to help

We had counted down the days for our new mattress and the day had finally come. Patrick was our delivery driver and poor guy was left to do the task of droppin the new mattress n takin the old one. His colleague was lazy and disrespectful. My husband helped with the bringin and taking. It wasnt a easy job. Our mattress has given us restful nights but dont pair patrick with someone who is lazy. Patrick had only been on the job for 6 months

I had a great experience purchasing a mattress recently. The sales assistant, Khushali at Leicester store was amazing. She took the time to understand our needs, helped us choose the perfect mattress, and offered us a great deal. Her knowledge and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

Had my bed delivered a few weeks ago and fitted. The delivery men were so helpful and did a great job at navigating my bed to the attic! Great service and great bed highly recommend

We are very comfortable with the new mattresses that we purchased from Dreams, thank you. They were promptly delivered when predicted and taken to the bedroom by a couple of very helpful and pleasant chaps. I would recommend Dreams to anyone considering updating their sleeping arrangements.

Went to the St George’s store and dealing with the person who’s badge said Store Manager, was definitely unprofessional and inappropriate with comments especially going in as a couple. Maybe learn how to read the room and how to act around men.

Both store assistants wr very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the frame on store display that we wanted was not available to order on store or online, which was a let down because store had SALE on this particular frame and we just wanted to shop for everything in one go. We did buy mattress, however delivery only available in two weeks time, meaning we still have to wait. Delivery was FREE but only to doorstep, again can't complain really and can always get the kids to carry up to room thereafter. Overall I would recommend this particular Dreams store in Leicester and I will definitely be back again in future when the time to change my mattress is due.

They have very good finance options without interest and are helpful
