First of all the assistant in the store was extremely helpful and friendly.
The delivery of the bed was smooth and efficient.
And lastly the bed looks amazing and is so comfortable, and if it lasts as long as our last one, we may never need another bed.
On that point our last bed after fifteen years, is still in good condition and has been passed on to our grandson.

Excellent product knowledge from staff…

Excellent product knowledge from staff in store when choosing new mattresses. Quick delivery dates available. We were kept informed of delivery times and delivery team were punctual, efficient and friendly. Our new beds are amazing, didn’t realise how bad the old mattress were! Thankyou.

I purchase a £900 mattress from here

I purchase a £900 mattress from here
After 8 weeks I rang to complain about it dipping on the edge
An engineer came out and said there was nothing wrong
Rang Customer services again
4 times on hold for an hour each time to be cut off every time I got to position 2or 3
I will be taking this further.

Order and payment process was simple…

Order and payment process was simple and straightforward. My bed was delivered within the specified time slot. The gentleman that assembled my bed were polite, professional and full of useful tips. Whilst not the cheapest bed supplier l would highly recommended Dreams for the quality of their products and the level of service they provide.

Great service!

Delivered at time stated and phoned to give an even tighter time scale. Delivered to the bedroom and old mattress removed. Feet covered so no dirt brought in from outside. Very pleasant delivery men. Delivered and gone within 20-30 mins.
And more to the point, a very comfy mattress!

Brilliant brilliant brilliant

So far there has been no problems.

I went with the recommendation from dreams rather than what the Sleepmatch machine.
The delivery guys were brilliant and their advice was very very helpful.
I’ve already recommended “Dreams” to every one I know, brilliant brilliant brilliant
