Absolutely fantastic company to deal with. From start to finish we were welcomed by a great member of staff. We were given options of what we wanted and what was better. I think the mattress tester was so good and helpful. We choose the best. Highly recommended

From the sales guy in Kirkcaldy, who without his help we would have looked and went on by… like we did in the Dunfermline shop… he sold us the bed and we felt he gave us a good deal, great advice and made our purchase easier than any before…to the delivery men at home who we paid extra to have them deliver, erect and remove all the packing we couldn’t fault them. A dream experience

Sales people were courteous and helpful. When the mattress arrived the delivery folks covered their boots, they unpackaged and put the mattress on the bed and took the packaging away. Very impressed with the service. I was kept up to date with delivery times.

I love my new tempur mattress. The only thing I didn’t like was the smell from it when it was delivered. I left it on the bed unmade and opened the windows wide and put the fan on also. I couldn’t sleep in the bed for three nights as it was making me feel ill. There is still a little smell but that will go, I hope! Apart from that I’ve had great sleeps and wake up and my joints are nowhere near as sore. I also got the pillows and the are also amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone especially those, like me, who lives with terrible arthritis. These make it more bearable. Thank you Dreams.

I tried to buy a side cabinet 2 weeks later but couldn't get the 25% off because I didn't buy the bed on the same day . I spent £1300 in your shop kingsize bed and matress but that doesn't count for nothing,
raging is an understatement.

I have had a phone call from Peter at Dreams concerning the matter of the bedside cabinet. He was very helpful and got the complaint dealt with. I am very happy with the outcome to my problem and I am now in possession of a matching bedside cabinet to my bed.I am more than happy with the outcome and glad to say thank you to Dreams for a speedy response 👍
