Really helpful staff, great products, great offers

Brought an electric bed and mattress (seen separately in store at time of purchase). Cost over £4,000. Told could return if not happy in 100 nights. Got bed set up and it slides down the base each time the head is raised. Tiny bar at end is holding mattress on the base, but leaving a huge gap where pillows are and damaging the mattress. See photos. Dreams say no fault with mattress or frame, so not upholding my complaint. Have offered £50 for anti slip mattress - I am unable to push mattress back onto frame as mobility is deteriorating hence the electric bed. Am really shocked at how poorly I have been treated over this. don't buy bed frame without seeing mattress on it as they won't help you, better still avoid them altogehter.

I love the new bed I bought from them. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It seemed quite a long wait between purchase and delivery but their delivery system was first class. One constructive point to make about the Woodstock bed is that the middle leg is too difficult to fit and adjust retrospectively and 2 long screws are needed to improve its stability.

Jordan was a great help and made the whole experience very easy. Only issue was the wait times for delivery.

Unlike other retailers i never once felt as though i was being pressured into making a purchase the staff were very helpful and informative altogether a most enjoyable shopping experience

Jordan was brilliant at the Kidderminster store. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through the process effortlessly. We've recently had our new mattress delivered and it is exactly what we were looking for, it is so cosy and makes getting up incredibly hard! The delivery guys were in and out within 10 mins, the whole transaction was very easy from start to finish. Thank you Dreams and Jordan.

Absolutely fantastic process from start to finish. Have never chosen a mattress for myself before, but enjoyed every step of dealing with Dreams.
The salesman Jason in the Kidderminster store could not have been more helpful, I then ordered online. Communication was perfect, and the delivery guys were friendly, easily sorting my old mattress to be recycled too. Actually SLEEPING on a Dreams mattress has been a game changer, as I have chronic health issues that cause a lot of hip, beck and shoulder pain. This mattress has made me look forward to going to bed!

Quality product great delivery service, the only let down they tried to deliver on the 22nd when I specifically said the 28th as I was travelling around Europe at the time, had to spend time on the phone whilst on holiday
