Great service from all staff
Ordered a new mattress from Dreams. Frances was very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us with our choice. Didn’t feel pressured at all. Mattress delivered yesterday and delivery men were very courteous and wore overshoes to prevent soiling carpets. Would definitely recommend.

Dreams Beds, Kidderminster Great customer focus and attention
Great customer focus and attention , lots of options for the bed and mattress we required, was explained by Francis and Jason. A final selection along with guarantees and delivery within a very short time, delivery arranged for next week , Couldn't be better , Thanks guys , highly recommend to anyone who wants to purchase a bed

Staff helpful, informative and delivery guys kept to time
Staff helpful and informative re different bed bases and mattresses.
Delivery staff excellent time keeping, were in uniform and wore shoe protection when entering the home. Again information shared regarding the product. Took old bed/mattress away and cleared up after themselves. Had good sense of humour!

We recieved outstanding customer…
We recieved outstanding customer service in store and espcially when we had a bed and base delivered to our home address by the delivery guys. They were really helpful and really put theirselves out to give the best experince.
I would highly recommend anyone to purchase from dreams, as they go above and beyond with customer satifaction.

They give you a good peach in store…
They give you a good peach in store that it’s wise for them to build the bed etc charge you 50 pound for it and then on delivery say oh no we can’t take the mattress up stairs

The team at Dreams Kidderminster were amazing. They were really helpful and attentive during our visit. Delivery was also great. The mattress quality is great also.

Ordering online was excellent, in store not good!!
Ordering online was excellent, easy purchase, easy delivery. My issue is, on the same day, an hour earlier I went into the kidderminster store and asked for pre christmas delivery, 2 male staff said no chance! I walked out, went online and got it delivered on Christmas eve morning

Purchase of a top end Tempur mattress and bed frame couldn't have been easier or more pleasurable, having been assisted on 2 visits by helpful & knowledgeable staff.

Really love my new bed
Really love my new bed - after >20 years on the old one. Actually happy to go to bed now, whereas I didn't look forward to bed time before.
The help and advice from Rebecca at Kidderminster store was really appreciated!

The service I received was excellent
The service I received was excellent. The item was delivered in a timely manner and I was happy for it to be delivered after Christmas but the Advisor went out of her way to get it delivered to me before Christmas. I cannot fault the service or the delivery. Unfortunately I cannot remember the lady’s name at the Kidderminster branch but it was on a Sunday at the beginning of November. Rachel Barff

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. No judgement from the lady who greeted us when I explained I was on a tight budget. She managed to get us a mattress, protector plus a pillow for £120. You can’t get that anywhere else. She was very friendly to us and spoke to us like we were friends and was brilliant with my daughter, asking her to see her toy doggy and getting her involved in buying a mattress lol. You have definitely got a customer in me as and when I need a new bed plus a new customer in my mom who will be visiting soon!
