Nice shop in Havant where the staff left us to get in with it but offered advice when asked. Also offered us a lot of coffee! Mattress we chose is great came in a week and is very comfortable, cost quite a lot but well worth it.

Impressed by the customer service & product knowledge at the store in Havant. I I will reccomend to my friend's & my family.

I can honestly say that the customer service I received when I visited the store to purchase a mattress was exceptional. From the time I walked to the time I left the advice and help I received was fantastic. I will never go anywhere else for bedroom furniture.

Bed frame and mattress delivered on time and assembled quickly.

The truckle bed is perfect for adults & children, good large mattresses & linen fabric on frame works well in most interiors.
It is versatile to tuck away or for use as a permanent bed.
I have recommended the beds to a friend & I think that it is extremely good value.

Visited the Havant store to look for a bed frame and mattress. Staff were really helpful without being pushy and went out of their way to assist us. Now looking forward to the arrival of our new bed!

Helpful store staff when buying replacement mattresses. On ordering, I was given a chance to select the most convenient delivery date and the order arrived spot on. The delivery men were professional and pleasant. No complaints at all.

Dreams colleagues in Havant were so polite and friendly the lady that helped us with our purchase explained everything to us as we had never been. She have such great deals and reduced our prize with deals she offered. Place was so clean, following Covid-19 rules.

Excellent service. Didn't have long to wait for delivery. Staff in store and on the delivery van were polite, professional and knowledgeable. Mattress delivered to bedroom with care (boots removed at the door without being asked!).

We were dealt with by Julie - After a warm welcome we were provided with the insight to selecting the right Mattress, we did not realise that this was such a scientific process but we bought into it and we got it down to 3 mattresses, Julie provided us with coffee and some insight to help with the decision making process. We were very impressed. We expect to receive the Bed & Mattress in early June but so far we are impressed. £2900 for bed and matress is money well spent
