A friendly hello, time taken to find out my needs, time taken to show me everything that might be of interest, and a no-pressure attitude of the salesperson while I took the time to decide. I wasn't pushed to buy the most expensive option and I opted not to take a headboard as I needed to measure up, yet the salesperson still showed me - at my request - my options. The delivery of my order was excellent, with a timeslot that was kept to and delivery personnel that were polite and respected my home. The mattress was a little on the hard side at first, but it is fine now.

Customer service was second to none. Sales person was very knowledgeable but not pushy. She guided us very professionally and advised us on all offers available. We would definitely use dreams for any future purchases

From start to finish. Choosing ordering and delivery was nothing but helpful and professional service and the product exceptional workman ship cant recommend enough

Worst mattress ever - and Dreams won't do anything about it.
Previous mattresses (from other shops) have always lasted years - never any trouble. Then we bought a Silentnight mattress with a foam top-layer. And in less than a year it's a disaster. With a big ridge down the centre and lumps and bumps all over the place. They sent a technician out, who says the 'dipping' is 'within tolerance', so Dreams say they won't do anything about it - neither will Silentnight. Honestly, the moon's got fewer craters on it than our mattress, and we've both goth sore backs now. And it's just a year old! With no help at all forthcoming from Dreams, we've now had to shell out for a new mattress - not from Dreams this time....never from Dreams again. Best avoided.

Dreams say they've sent me an email to try to fix the issue...but I've received nothing - think they need to check they're sending to the right email address (something else they've been consistently hopeless at).

Brilliant service from Dreams Havant by Julie, there when we needed her and very knowledgeable. overall, it was an excellent experience.

The in-store service from Jess was excellent. Delivery and set up was efficient with no problems whatsoever. The bed is lovely and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for anything more

The sleep machine is amazing, we picked a mattress that was one of the colours recommended to us, the customer service from gemma was pitched just right, not at all pushy

We booked an appointment and the staff member was ready for us.
She took the time to listen to my elderly Mother's requirements and then explained the various options we could look at.
After taking us around the various options for my Mother to try she left us alone so my Mother could try without any pressure.

My experience was and is a good one very satisfactory.
