Good experience
Very helpful in shop choosing the right mattress. Good communication letting us know dates and time of delivery. Delivery men very courteous and took their shoes off when entering the hour. Overall a good experience.

I purchased this mattress for my son…
I purchased this mattress for my son and he is super happy with it. Went to Dreams as have bought from them for myself in the past and so was confident we would get great customer service and the best quality - and we definitely received both. Everything was great, from initial enquiry through to delivery and mattress (new pillows & protector) all really comfortable.

Excellent
Excellent, friendly, natural, attentive salesperson, who explored and understood what we were looking for, and helped us to select an appropriate item from stock. He made the experience of buying a new bed (that we had expected to be a difficult and pressurised one) into a pleasure. We chose a mattress with the help of a diagnostic mattress device which was very helpful. The coffee provided in the shop was also excellent.

Excellent customer care
Although we had made an appointment for later in the week, we popped in to Dreams Guildford to look at mattresses. Anne-Marie was calm, patient and knowledgeable and really put us at our ease. We were very pleased with the experience of choosing our new mattress and are looking forward to receiving it.

House damaged, customer ignored
I have already sent a detailed review on the delivery service believing in your good faith to consider the damage made by the delivery team... And after spending time for my review, I have been ignored. No answer or compensation whatsoever. Never experienced worst customer care and being a community dealing with reviews on different services not only in UK, it is even more solid the remarkably negative experience with the delivery team.

Pauline who assisted us in the store was great. No pressure, very well informed and made the shopping experience easy. The deluvery process was outstanding with emaiñs and phone calls confirming the delivery date and time. A 2 hour delivery window was provided and the delivery was on-time. The guys brought the new mattress upstairs, unwrapped it and placed it on the bed. They removed the old mattress. Polite, friendly and efficient.
