Helpful with being pushy

Very happy, all went well and delivered as promised

The service was impeccable. I am delighted with my new mattress and have slept so well since I have received it in the past week. Thank you Dreams I shall be a returning customer and shall definitely recommend to both family and friends.

From being assessed to recommend the correct mattress for me, testing and choosing one from a range of mattresses shown then buying it to having it delivered and since then sleeping most comfortably, the whole experience was smooth, pleasant and everyone I dealt with professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly.

The salesman (i can’t remember his name) was very very good actually gave me a better option to what i was going to choose so he in my eyes is a valuable employee of yourselves

Being able to try before I bought

We were welcomed and assisted by Inam, who was an exceptionally professional and knowledgeable sales representative. She took the time to listen to our needs and quickly identified the right solution for us. We were looking for a new bed with storage, as well as a firmer mattress, and she expertly guided us through the options.
What stood out most was her thoroughness - even though her recommendation was spot-on, she still checked with a more experienced colleague to ensure there wasn’t an even better alternative for us. While we were selecting the mattress, she was also incredibly kind in helping to keep our little girl entertained.
The entire team was warm and welcoming, making the experience easy and enjoyable for a family with a toddler. They even gifted her a balloon, which kept her happily occupied.

New mattress is very comfortable and meets our requirements fully. It was delivered exactly on time and as it was heavy carried upstairs and placed on our bed. The old mattress was taken away without fuss.

Don't find my mattress very comfortable, although it is a recent development. I have been offered a replacement even though I have had the mattress for longer than the 90 day guarantee so I am happy with the customer service,

Great customer service snd excellent contact and delivery

Initially went into Guildford store and sales guy there was fantastic in helping find what type of mattress we needed. Did the digital computer thingy and found right one in the sale. Ordered online with ease and really happy with the delivery and mattress. Delivery lads did call on the day to make sure it was ok to deliver and a time slot. Really helpful and took upstairs. Would recommend.

Exceptionally helpful in the showroom. Not in the slightest bit rushed or put under any pressure to make a decision. Delivery was on time and very efficient. Most importantly, the bed is very comfortable.
