I was able to lay on several beds before making my decision and delivery was also good.

Great attention to detail and care taken to install the new bed in the correct position. All rubbish and old bed/mattress taken away carefully. I was very impressed. Thank you

Everything from the moment we got to the shop the assistant was lovely, the delivery and assembling was perfect, and the bed too is just perfect.

It’s the second time that I’ve purchased a bed from Dreams and was so pleased with the whole experience and the quality of the bed, helpfulness of staff, and delivery service.

Very helpful staff , loved the special bed that works out what sort of mattress you require , and trying out the mattresses that are in store that it picks .

In store the staff were helpful, always ready to answer questions.
The delivery was on time, and quick in removing the old bed and frame for disposal, and replacing with the new bed and mattress.
Bed is comfortable, and was a good purchase.

The staff at our store were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. We bought from Dreams before and have no hesitation in recommending them.
The delivery guys were very careful when moving the new beds in, and removing our existing ones. They phoned to give me an arrival time.

Not happy with the bed too high in height Dreams told me it's a £90.00 charge to change it my sister bought a bed from different company 3 times they changed her bed at no cost now that's what I call a service..poor service from Dreams go somewhere else to buy a bed.

Sue and Reece were outstanding today. We loved the mattress, but probably wouldn't have brought one today if it wasn’t for their great customer service.

Very good customer service. I was offered a drink and was given a good service. The manager and staff who I believe was a new starter, both were incredible.
They also recommended a good pillow which I bought and also gave me a bag to recycle my old mattress and explained the delivery process
