Highly recommend Dreams
Absolutely thrilled with our new sofa bed. Although not used as a bed yet, it is so comfortable and admired by everyone. The staff throughout have been so helpful and obliging from our purchase at the Finchley branch of Dreams to the setting up by the friendly delivery men

How is it that less than 2 years that…
How is it that less than 2 years that the mattress has torn whilst ive tried to clean a small part of it. This cost me £1,500 and it should last me years. This is terrible. I was using a wetwipe to clean a small part of it after sprinkling bicarbonate of soda to get rid of dog pee.
How can it rip so easily.

I love Dreams!!!!!!
Audrey was friendly and knowledgeable.
She knew who the management was and promoted and spoke about Dreams very positively.
I felt like I was being looked after by a Familey run business. Audrey really got me in the "buying" mood, Dreams products are lovely however the attitude of your sales lady Audrey brought me back in spending money. Don't loose this lady, a good company is only as good as its staff and this lady cares.

Excellent Customer service
I bought an additional mattress from the Finchley Central London store. I always seek out Audrey - one of the Dreams’ advisors. She totally understands my needs and has a very impressive knowledge of beds and mattresses. With Audrey’s help, I chose a Tempur medium mattress. Very much looking forward to the delivery.

Single bed was delivered on time. Firm, supportive and comfortable.
My single bed was delivered on time, on the specified day. The guys were quick and efficient to assemble and put it where I specified and then add the mattress and 2 storage drawers. The drawers have ample space to put away sheets, duvet covers, etc.
A very comfortable and firm mattress, with plenty of support. A really good purchase.
