Recently bought a Flaxley, Harrison Spinks mattress from Dreams (Raveside retail park , birmingham). I tried the bed scanner, was served by Sophia who was really helpful. The bed was delivered within 3 days. All staff members were great but a special thank you to Sophia in branch as she really remembered all the little details about my needs, which made it a much more personalised service. Thank you once again, I love my new mattress!

The assist was very well informed and very helpful.I was kept informed about the delivery which took place seamlessly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, we chose a new mattress, which was in the sale, but when we went back a few days later to buy it, there was an even bigger reduction! We were well guided by the assistant.
We've now been sleeping on the mattress for just over a week, it's run in, and we like it!

Andrew (Erdington) was very helpful, gave advice and options where appropriate and didn't pressure me. He let me take my time whilst making my choice.

Excellent service from sales lady in shop to delivery experience which kept you informed on progress to the guys who carried new mattress up stairs unpacked it and took all packaging away along with old matress

From going in store to having bed delivered and constructed was no problems at all.

Customer service at its finest! I came to further research a mattress and was served by Andrew who was a gem! He was able to answer all my questions promptly, even though I knew some of the answers and did not mislead me.

Andrew should be used as a role model for other stores on how he sets ‘customer comes first’. I will happily continue to make future purchases at this store as long Andrew is serving me. Very welcoming towards my family and extremely knowledgeable about the products. 10/10 and deserves a pay rise!

The mattress I had delivered was great lovely to sleep on nice and comfortable delivery was a bit hit and miss in the sence a time was given and Changed several times and the delivery blokes hygiene was not the best I done a review and no one got back to me as promised

At first I had a Duke 200i recliner base bed and I was getting backache even though I had a Temper mattress which is super soft. Plus the base was too big for my bedroom so when you sat up you was straight in front of TV. So I contacted Faye Macgregor for help which she kindly help me. This lovely lady changed it with gesture of goodwill because the company didn’t have too because I’d already tried the bed out in store. But I explained to Faye about my backache because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis , So she arranged for me to exchange basebed. I’m absolutely over the moon with my divan basement and new headboard. Had the best sleep ever. What I wanted to say Dreams company is all for there customers and well-being and I’m soo grateful for Faye’s help and understanding. You have made me a very happy customer. I would recommend your company to everyone. Thank you soo much.

As soon as we walked into the Erdington store we were greeted by George, who was very friendly. He was on hand to recommend mattresses and got us a drink. He also let us try the sleep match tool to find the perfect comfort grade and was extremely helpful and informative. He knew what he was talking about and went above and beyond to make it a very positive and enjoyable experience.

I have just purchased a Tempur mattress. The service has been exceptional and the mattress is a dream! Would highly recommend.

The service provided at the Erdington branch of Dreams was possibly the best I've had anywhere for quite a while. Dreams staff member Andy was welcoming and friendly and obviously knows his stuff, and the mattress he helped us to select was delivered on time and with excellent communication. Couldn't be better.

they brought us a broken bed. when we called and said the item was defective. I was told to wait for a new bed for 1 month and 5 days

Bought a bed, was told that the headboard was inclusive of the price l. When the delivery arrived there was no headboard and was told that it was not included in the price. Left a message for someone to call back a few times as no one was answering the call plus filled in a form for someone to call me in regards to the complaint but still no response. It’s been nearly 10 days since. Was giving false and incorrect advice to get a sale. Will not be purchasing anything company or recommending it to any one. Giving the impression of cowboys. Would not recommend buying from the company especially when dealing get everything written down. I wrongly assumed it was a professional company. Customer service appalling in dealing with complaint!

***Someone replied back to my review from the company claiming to call and send an email but again checked phone etc but no missed call. - I’ve been receiving calls and emails but nothing from Dreams! No v/mail left if called and definitely no emails in inbox. ***
