Went to Eastbourne store the lady there was most helpful and
Knowledgeable. We did test for our mattress and then tried several mattresses in store. Found our one for us . Ordered it there and then, fantastic service. Had e-nail re delivery and the two men we very polite and courteous put bed together very helpful.
We have never slept so well, bed and mattress the best ever.
Thank you to all involved.

When we went into the store, we gave a list of dimensions and size.
we could not been accommodated more highly. We had time to look and discuss what we felt was right for us.
We were looked after by a sales person who came across as absolutely loving their job.
It was a wonderful experience.

I went to Dreams in Eastbourne to order a new mattress. The member of staff could not of been more helpful. I tried out the sleep machine to obtain the correct mattress for me and was shown about six different types. The assistant explained about all the different types of makeup of the mattress and I was invited to try them out. If I had not been happy she was happy for me to try out any mattress. When it came to doing the order I was given a nice cup of coffee. I don't think she could have more helpful. I now await the arrival of my new mattress.

bed arrived on date agreed and delivery team were great. couple of professional guys with a sense of humour and appeared to enjoy their work.

Shopping for a new kingsize mattress along with new pillows was an enjoyable experience, thanks to the informed but not pushy sales assistant. Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent range of mattresses. Given time to choose. Felt there was a little extra sales emphasis on Tempur mattresses. We choose however a traditional pocket sprung mattress which we are very happy with. Sales assistant very helpful and delivery well communicated and effecient.

From the moment we walked into the shop right up to the delivery every thing was perfect

Cannot believe the mattress I bought to replace the one that was faulty,,it has got a fault on it,,really dreams should have replaced the complete bed as the mattress for the bed was not available anymore,,but we had to buy one ,,so not happy with this company. Also the mattress smelt musty .
