Beautiful bed. Easy to assemble. Delivery on time.

It is a lovely comfortable bed. The only downside is it's a bit smaller than I would of liked, but the comfort makes up for it .

Our bed was delivered just over a week ago and we're very happy with it. Delivery went as planned, guy's we're very good and efficient

The lady in the shop was very helpful we had a try on the bed where it helps you to choose the right one.

Very polite salesman informative help us get the perfect bed for an old lady who is delighted with it the delivery went smoothly very pleasant and again informstive took her old bed away we would definatly use dreams again

The shop gave us good information about mattresses and delivery was cheap. Lots of goodies with it.

Rhiannon from the Derby meteor centre store went above and beyond during our visit on Sunday 6th July 2025. She was very friendly and approachable and advised us throughout. Wasn’t pushy for a sale, explained all the current offers that were running. The whole process was very informative, would definitely recommend speaking with Rhiannon. Nothing was too much trouble, we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you! :)

After 57 years of lumpy bumpy mattresses finally treated myself and the wife to a proper mattress, can honestly say wish id done it earlier, we now snooze the alarm several times ,its just soooooo comfortable and we dont want to get up ,thanks to all at dreams derby 10/10

We had great service at dreams, not rushed or pushy and very informative. They give you the facts and let you decide for yourself but the bed sells itself... so very comfortable.

Everything from choosing, ordering and delivery was so easy and simple. No problems at all. Mattress took some getting used to, but is so comfy now.

We recently bought two mattresses from Dreams – one for our child and another for the guest room – and we’ve been really impressed with the whole experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping us choose the right options without any pressure. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the drivers were professional and courteous. Both mattresses are incredibly comfortable – our child is sleeping better than ever, and guests have already commented on how well they’ve slept. Great quality, great service – we’d happily shop with Dreams again.

We called in at Dreams to buy a new mattress. We were greeted, asked our needs and directed to what we required. Finding one that suited, we were given pillows, so we could try it out. On decision to purchase, everything was explained and the sale was conducted in a professional manner and the price with pillows and insurance included was much lower than expected.
