Delivery was good, the 2 people were very polite and helpful.
It’s our guest bed and our guest said that it was very comfortable. Had a good nights sleep.

Great customer service!
We really were not sure what sort of bed we wanted but Dan in the Crewe store was really good - knew the product ranges, offered great advice and made sure we were happy with our choices. No pressure at all, a really friendly experience yet still focused on ensuring we tested beds we were interested in and were happy with our choices. Would definitely recommend.

Great shop staff, very knowledgeable and not pushy. Delivery staff fast, arrived on time and managed the removal of old mattress with new one put on the bed.

Bad customer service 
I rang Crewe store lady told me single mattress all coming in 2,6” as well pop in and we will show you what we have so I drove over today to Crewe and the young lady I’m guessing new didn’t understand what I was talking about two members of staff sitting there we’re not gonna help her
I walked out went over the road to Benson’s bed and spent £700

Personable Service with a smile
I received a really personable service and had all of my needs met.
The offers available made it really affordable and allowed me to purchase more as I received additional offers because I purchased a bed frame which made my day.
The fact that I could get the products on finance meant that I could purchase everything I needed in one simple visit.
The finance was easy and simple to apply for and had different options to suit my budget.
