Both my wife and I have been very pleased with our purchase. Reading through your sales leaflet the mattress will ‘settle down’ after a short while, once it has finished responding to our positions in the bed. It already is comfortable and we are interested to see how it improves.

Went to Dreams about a month ago to look for a new Bed and went away to think about what I wanted, went back and purchased a new Bed and was delighted with the service I got.Was greeted by Jackie who offered me a coffee and then tried a range of Mattresses and pillows that I was interested in and she explained thoroughly also tried the Sleep match to give me a better understanding of what Mattress to buy which she did with the whole deal as I decided to have a new divan and extra items that I had no intention of buying before entering the shop.I have brought the Bed on finance which Jackie explained in a way I could understand and would like to add that Jackie did the whole deal in a cheerful and delightful manner for which I would recommend to my friends and would go back should i need to buy another new Bed in the future

Great service from ALL the Team in Crewe. We popped in with a question the following week and were warmly greeted and attended to. We would definitely recommend this shop.

Still getting used to an 'extra firm' orthopaedic mattress. After a week, it is stiff and not much give albeit I am getting some sleep. The plastic coating is still on it, making that crinkle sound as I turn. I will soon take it off.
Time is a healer and I hope it beds in and my body succumbs to its minimal contour.

Pleasant experience. Great friendly service in shop, good clear advice. Delivery was on time and efficiently took the old mattress away and put the new one in place. I like that the old mattress will be recycled.
