The sale's assistant
The sale's assistant, was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, the product was delivered on time and in perfect condition.
The delivery people, texted us before they arrived, we would definitely go back to Dreams. 28/02/2025.

Happy days (or nights!)
Very happy with the quality of the bed that I purchased. It's very comfortable and has improved my quality of sleep.
I was also pleased with the entire process from ordering to delivery.
The guy in store was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. The delivery guys were great as well.

Very good from the moment we stepped in…
Very good from the moment we stepped in the shop, very helpful staff and a great service. The delivery staff were also very polite and helpful took of their shoes and put indoor shoes on delivered the base to our room and asked if they could put the mattress on the landing so I could build the base first. Really good team thank you.

Superking Bed.
From start to finish been a positive experience from ordering in Essex to delivery in Scotland due to moving the whole process has been very good. Bed and mattress very comfortable as well. Would recommend Dreams to anyone.
