Worst company I’ve brought a bed from .had no sleep in weeks there 100 days exchange takes weeks for them to sort and I’ve heard nothing since .so I’m out of pocket and no sleep and not even had an email about it .disgusting service .take your money and rip you off .none of the beds in the showroom are close to what you get when it turns up at your home .avoid I will be

Excellent experience from start to finish. The communication regarding bed delivery was outstanding and the two delivery drivers provided a first class service.

We will be shopping again at Dreams and would not shop anywhere else now.

From visiting your store in Colchester to choosing a bed and matress and delivery, your staff were exemplary in dealing with me. It reminded me of the old fashioned customer service I used to experience years ago.

The bed and mattress are lovely. The mattress is comfortable and just right. Thanks for your guidance and advice.
I also had an in depth demonstration on how to use the ottoman part of the bed ensuring the importance of safety issues.

The delivery guys were very friendly and upstanding and helpful

Had an ottaman bed in super king-size and king size for our new home. They were built when they were delivered and as we tried the mattress before hand in shop. We have 2 new beds that are really comfortable and we sleep well every night.
