The staff in the Chippenham store were friendly and helpful. The delivery turned up on time. The bed is comfy and perfect for the spare room.

I love my new mattress.The staff in the shop were polite helpful and professional I tried out several mattresses I wasn't rushed.The guys that delivered my mattress were lovely very professional and polite and respectful of my property full marks all round.

Went in and was nicely greeted straight away with guy and provided me with with diffrent selections of beds and what mattresses fit well with me, even let me try the to see which one I like most. He helped me find the perfect bed that I loved and told me the size of the bed and even showed me the width of the bed with a measuring tape. The staff there was very friendly and did a great job and have provided me with the perfect bed and mattress.

Very quick delivery, we had a screw missing, and a vary helpful shop worker got a spare for us, and was very helpful.

Lovely, friendly staff, giving lots of detail and advice. The order was on time, and those delivering were excellent. Getting things in were a breeze, despite it being a bit tight in places. The delivery people gave advice on putting it together. Took me almost no time at all.

Friendly staff, great service from Charles in Chippenham. Went in to find a new mattress and with his help came out with a new one together with mattress protector and 2 new pillows to suit us both. Highly recommend!

The team at Chippenham are fantastic and take the time to explain things thoroughly without being pushy. Charles helped me with a mattress analysis and walked me around the store to try out different types. I went away to think about it over the weekend and when I came back he remembered me and we picked up where we left off. I ended up getting a mattress that happened to have gone on sale the day before, so as well as the impressive level of customer service I was happy with the great value.

The mattress arrived last week and I'm very pleased with it, I'll be back again in 8 years!
